St Michael's values the traditional forms of Anglican worship, and uses the 1928 Book of Common Prayer, the American Missal, and the Hymnal 1940. The altar is at the center of parish life. We celebrate Rites with traditional ceremonies which set forth in action the belief that our Lord is really here present. The sacrament is perpetually reserved in the Oratory at the rectory for devotion and for the communion of the sick.

Sunday Mass is at 9:30 a.m. during the summer (a Low Mass with hymns).  Normal "winter" schedule is 8 & 10 a.m.

Sunday services are at Ivy Hall, 6331 Lancaster Avenue, Philadelphia, 19151, in Overbrook Farms.  The 10:00 Mass (9:30 in the summer) is followed by coffee hour (iced tea in the summer), which allows time for members of the congregation to visit with one another. Children's Sunday School classes also follow the 10:00 Mass.
